Former Miami Dolphins CB Will Allen pleaded guilty to running a multi-million dollar Ponzi Scheme. Allen put $4.1 million into his bank account directly and another $61,000+ he had funneled into to casino’s where he had open accounts. Allen made over $30 million as an NFL player over the life of his career. Allen became so broke he needed to pawn watches because he was flat broke. When he was arrested on these charges he had no money and an ex-Dolphin teammate had to bail him out of jail. No word on who the teammate was.

Allen will be sentenced in February but is expected to spend many years behind bars.
