I still have faith in Miami Dolphins Head Coach Adam Gase. He has a winning record for goodness sakes, at 14-11 over his first 25 regular season games. At first glance that’s not necessarily overwhelming, until you consider he has coached more games with his backup quarterback, then his starter. Matt Moore went 2-1 as a starter last year, Jay Cutler is 4-4 as a starter this year. A 6-5 record starting your backup QB, would get you Coach of the Year consideration. So I still have faith Gase.

I still have faith in GM Chris Grier. I think he is a good talent evaluator. From everything I have read about him, he seems to be a well respected around the league. No team can hit on all their draft picks, but I feel like the team has picked well. Good, not great. So, I still have faith in Grier.

Executive Vice President of Football Operations, Mike Tannebaum, I have zero faith in. Is it easy to have a scapegoat for the Fins trouble? Absolutely, but somebody has to be and the moves that have his fingerprints on them are some of the most questionable. Obviously it is easy to question only getting a 4th for Ajayi, but we don’t know the behind the scenes. Even if as fans we give him a pass on that move, what about others. Panicking and trading a 5th for Stephone Anthony. Who by the way after the Rey Maualuga arrest is finally active. Speaking of active, all the picks Mike T traded to move up for WR Leonte Carroo, he is not active.  A trade up for Xavien Howard, who has at least so far, underperformed. Extensions for Reshad Jones & Kiko Alonso and an extension for TJ McDonald, before he even played a snap. Yet Jarvis Landry remains unsigned.  Mike T’s reputation of a wheeler and dealer has continually left the GM without a full compliment of draft picks, making it more difficult to build the team the right way. I really never had any faith him Mike Tannebaum, I just hope that Mr. Ross has lost the faith as well.

Everyone enjoy the game!
