I don't think he is going to make the team. I initially got excited about the pick based on his study habits but his game films show someone who doesn't play downhill and his tackling is a wrapper cling on no drive into the tackle reaches instead of thumps and slides down to the ankles resulting in lots of broken tackles. Poling is going to be a camp body possible practice squad guy special teams player. DT James Looney would of been a better selection or even 1 of the QBs that signed to the other teams like a Nic Shimonek, Chase Litton or Riley Ferguson.
