Quarterbacks

Ryan Tannehill is back and ready to
lead this new look offense into the future. Ryan hasn’t taken a snap in 20 plus
games (if you include playoff game and pre-season). But before he got injured
against Arizona the Dolphins were playing good football winning 6 out of 7
games. Can Tannehill get back in that groove and win right away? What steps
will Tannehill take to be the Dolphins quarterback for years to come?

Running Backs

Kenyan Drake

I assume it’s Drake’s job to lose but
having a veteran like Frank Gore behind him will only push Drake to be better.
Drake was a bright spot in the Dolphins offense after Ajayi was shipped away to
Philadelphia. Can Drake become a 1,000-yard rusher in this offense? Can he take
the next step and be a dual-threat back and catch passes out of the
backfield?

Wide Receivers

Kenny Stills

Stills has never had a 1,000-yard
season in his 5-year career could this be the season he does that. Kenny hauled
in 58 passes last season along with 6 touchdowns. What will it take to get
Kenny to 100 catches and 8-10 touchdowns?

Devante Parker

We can start it off here will this be
the year that Parker learns the difference between being injured and just being
hurt. We have all waited for Parker to take the leap and be the superstar we wanted
him to be when he was drafted number 14th overall pick in 2015. Can Parker
finally stay on the field for 16 games? Can he also take the steps to be the
elite wide receiver for the Dolphins?

Danny Amendola

Amendola crossed enemy lines to come
to play for the Dolphins. Can he have the same production with Tannehill that
he had with Brady? His work ethic and drive to win should rub off on the
team.

Albert Wilson

Wilson is a tricky one he shows
flashes of being good in Kansas City. He to me is the wildcard of this wide
receiver core. Would Dolphin Fans be happy if Wilson finished the year with 65
catches 900 yards and 7-9 touchdowns?

Tight ends

A.J. Derby and MarQueis Gray

Little is known about A.J. Derby since
Miami picked him up last season off waivers from the Broncos? How long will he
be able to hold off the young guns in Mike Gesicki and Durham Smythe? Then
there is Gray can he take the steps to taking the starting spot from AJ. Gray
has had a hand full of plays in his time with the Dolphins that I think he
deserves a chance.

Mike Gesicki and Durham Smythe

Which one of these two will pull away
from the other and be 2nd on the depth chart? Gesicki is a freak of nature let’s
hope he can be a great red zone target for Tannehill. Smythe reminds me a lot
of Anthony Fasano and he will be the blocking tight end of the group. He can
make great catches but there is a lot of talent ahead of him at tight end.
