We are back at the gambling corner coming off a bye week, which saw a record 2-2 in CFB and the good ol 1-2 in the NFL.  This weeks games are loaded with top 25 games as well as some solid NFL action.  Let’s jump right into CFB:

I am sold on Virginia’s defense after the display against the Hurricanes last week.  Both these defenses look poised to keep this close which is why 6.5 seems too much in what might be a close battle.  I wouldn’t shy away from the under of 44.5 either, but you never know with ACC matchups.  Take the points.

Miss. St @ LSU UNDER 45.5

Miss St looks much better and comfortable with Fitzgerald back at the helm.  They have a tough go today going to LSU but as we know with SEC divisional games, this game is bound to be a slug fest.  I just don’t see much scoring in this smashmouth game today.

Nebraska (-210) vs Minnesota

I firmly believe today is the day that Scott Frost gets his first win as Nebraska head coach.  It has been a long year and both teams are struggling, but Minnesota has taken their lumps just as much as Nebraska.  Take em straight up in a parlay today.

NC State (+18) @ Clemson- LOCK PICK OF THE WEEK

NC State poses a real challenge to Clemson.  Both defenses are stout and both have a solid offense.  This is going to be close and I think NC State gets it done.  18 points is a ton to give an undefeated team.  This game will also decide the division crown in the ACC.

Titans (+6.5) @ Chargers (London)
Titans offense is really bad, but their defense is good.  I think this game stays close, and playing in London makes it a level playing field.  Titans should cover this.
Vikings @ Jets OVER 46
If anything, this game should be fun to watch.  The Jets have averaged 38 points in their last 2 games (wins).  The Vikings have averaged 25 points in their last 2 games (wins).  This game screams the over with 2 offenses playing very well.
Falcons (-4) vs Giants MNF
I just can’t see the Giants turning things around.  The Falcons losing Freeman for potentially the season hurts, but now Matty Ice gets to display this air attack for the rest of the season with Coleman a very good pass catching back.  The Giants do not match up well with Julio, Sanu and Ridley.  Beckham complaints will continue for another week.
