Jones has a 53% chance of injury for 2019/2020 season. Wow, if you have a 53% chance of getting hit by lightning if you walk down the beach, would you go?
2015- shoulder injury with surgery.
2016- shoulder injury.
2018- shoulder injury with surgery.
Please research these injuries if you want.
I really want Jones (ranked 10th SS in the NFL) back on the field, but with the 2018 Dolphins having so many injuries, im concerned with Jones. We can’t stand another season (rebuild season or not) like that one.
My other concern, Jones not showing up at the OTAs, this is classroom (new defensive scheme) activities as well that I think he should be involved in. This is a big one for me because it shows the others he’s a team player and there to support his team mate’s and for the team to support his injury recovery. Yes, he should be one of the mentors. Is Jones a me guy? There’s no I in team. I do know that Jones is on his rehab routine, but still its no excuse. I believe Flores feels the same way as I do.
I really don’t care about what Beckham Jr. and what other’s do or did. If there is a team practice or class room function, I would be there! Yes, that simple.
I think when you’re making Millions a year, you should bring the whole package on the field, off the field, in the team classroom and being one of the mentor’s. This young team needs this.
