Next, up in our NFL rookie QB Study Ball Series is the second quarterback off the 2020 draft board, Tua. We believed coming in that he would be good at the RPO, and he generally lived up to that hype. He showed good movement and accuracy…he’s got really good feet and he’s good with quick reads and decisions. See pressure, attack pressure. But, he struggled at times with some of the more slowly developing plays. All in all, he showed us some good tape last year and demonstrated some things that Miami can build off of.
I believe that tua will shut up his critics this year. There is a reason he has followers all over the world. He is charismatic and gifted leader and QB. Dilfer said he hasn’t seen focus and talent at that level when he worked with him. What he achieved in one year after what he went thru physically shows his grit. He is making his comeback. The fact that his dolphin teammates put him on blast is disgusting.
