The Miami Dolphins re-signed exclusive rights free agent Nik Needham on Monday.  Exclusive rights contracts are one-year deals worth the minimum salary for the number of years the player has accrued. EFRA’s only have two options, signing with the team that tendered you an EFRA or not signing with any other NFL team and sitting out.
