The owner Ross. He’s the big Tua fan. Let’s see, so far he fucked up the Sparano thing by trying to hire John harbaugh behind his back like a snake that he is. Jack Nicklaus asked him to give his grandson nickel Larry O’Leary a try out. Do you honestly believe after Fitzpatrick winning those three big games last year without any input or knowledge he and the offensive coordinator Chan gailey were flabbergasted to learn that Tua was starting after the bye week. Flores did not override the the offensive coordinator to bench Fitzpatrick in that situation. Which cost us the playoffs. Who could do that and get away with it. The owner of course.
The Dolphins, as he will immediately start somewhere else, that may actually protect him, and be a top 10 quarterback for a decade.

Flores and the GM have to go. 1-3 is unacceptable. Fire them immediately. Dont put it off another second. Scrap the standing plan and back to the drawing board

Flores can stay for now, the GM has to go ,he should have curtailed Flores decision to put 2 of his staff as OC’S replacing Chan . not with a Rookie QB trying to learn a system which does not exist . , sounds like what they did with Tannehill, repeats the same pattern ,when will this organization ever learn, from a meddling Owner to a GM THAT DOES NOT HAVE A PLAN TO SUCCEED . Flores has had 3 years to build on , he got rid of our last 1000 yard rusher ,who he has failed to replace. he should have kept Tannehill who was already broken in , I understand he traded away great players to get draft picks ,but odell Bekam jr ,cmon ,Devonte Parker would have been the better choice . Flores has been hit and miss on draft picks since he got here , sounds like he has Bill Belechick syndrome. look at the average team Bill has now ,no playmakers. Why go after Deshawn Watson if we have an O-line that cant protect the QB , or is it that a lefty QB proposes a big problem for building an Offensive line , the l tackel position is the main stay of an o line , but on this team it has to be the r tackle not good for a r handed Qb if the Lefty gets hurt . Duh Tua is hurt!!!! Flores is a Defensive minded Coach he needs help on the Offensive side of the ball, lets get a front office that can do that and leave Flores to Coach the Team . The Dolphins need stability from the Front Office to the Playing field.
