   Flores is not a great coach. He made a TON of mistakes that cost his team games, and that cost his team the playoffs. 2 years in the row. The players did not like him. The organization did not like him. He has a losing record, and had never made the playoffs. Bottom line, you can’t be the reason your team loses games, especially when you are not liked.

     The NFL really just wants white men as coaches. You see that when one is a bonafide loser but manages to get another coaching job immediately. Just watch and see all of those losers who were fired this year will resurface. It’s a damn shame and obviously racism
