The problem with Brian Flores is that he is bittered, angry, and disgruntled about being fired by the Dolphins. I believe that he’s doing this lawsuit out of spite because he couldn’t deal with the situation of being fired because in his mind he thinks that he was doing such a great coaching job but in reality he wasn’t. Let’s take a look at the past three years while Brian Flores was the Dolphins coach: 1. He went through three different offensive coordinators ( that’s why our quarterbacks struggle consistently).
2. He went through six to eight different offensive line coaches ( that is why the players suck because of no stability).
3. He went through two to three defensive coordinators.
4. He had some good free agent players only to get rid of them the following year.
So how can we (the fans) expect a great team when there are so many changes constantly in the organization. In the lawsuit he saying that the Dolphins owner is a racist, but I don’t know how’s that possible because if I remember correctly Brian Flores is black and he was hired to be the Dolphins coach for three years it’s just he didn’t panned out because of the team’s struggles and that’s his fault with all the coaching changes he made and because of that the Dolphins looked awful and it showed on the field. Like I said before he’s just bittered and angry that he got fired and that’s the truth.
I disagree with you Alex. There is no team that ever started 1-7 and then went 8-1 to finish the season and the coach got fired that I can think of. Oh, that is because no head coach ever did that after going 1-7. That says a lot about the Head Coach. Flores did not deserve to get fired with his last 2 seasons records; however he would have easily had his choice of teams to go to as Head Coach. Certainly one of the top 2 coaches available but instead of doing that he is risking his whole career to stand for principles and I believe him that Ross tried to get him to throw games in 2019 for a higher draft pick. There is only one black head coach left and that is totally wrong. Bottom line is Flores is risking everything to stand up for what he believes is right and there will be others coming forward. The problem begins with every NFL team being owned by rich white men; and trickles down to GM, Head Coach, etc. And for the record I am white.

So Because disgruntled Flores says all these things happened it must be true. Typical Liberal Mindset. Remember Jussie Smollet???
