Adam Schefter of ESPN is reporting this Thursday morning that Vic Fangio will accept the Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator position after the Super Bowl. Per the report Fangio has spoken to multiple teams but has decided to join the Dolphins. Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network on Sunday reported Miami offered Fangio a 3 year deal to make him the highest paid defensive coordinator in the NFL. With a team option for a 4th year.
After speaking with multiple teams about their defensive coordinator position, Vic Fangio has decided to join the Dolphins as their defensive coordinator and officially will accept the position on the Miami staff after the Super Bowl.
