Welcome to week 8 of the DolphinsTalk Gambling Corner. A couple of back-door covers in College last week ruined a near-perfect week there; however, we went 4-0 in our NFL picks. Not as an enticing college weekend, but there are some sure-fire winners in the NFL. 4 picks for each, let’s go! But before we do, don’t forget to head to MyBookie.com and use their ‘Bet Back Bonus Token’ up to $500. Use promo code ‘Dolphins’ on your initial deposit! Now, let’s get to the selections:
UCLA (+26.5) @ Indiana
This isn’t an indictment of Indiana, but more of riding the wave of UCLA, winners of 3 straight. With a big spread, it’s hard not to take them with nearly 4 touchdowns. Indiana wins, but may not be by as much as the spread dictates. ‘
Vanderbilt (-148 ML) vs Missouri
Missouri has beaten Vandy 4 consecutive times. I feel like the streak will be broken this week. This might be a defensive battle but I like Pavia and the Commodores to win outright at home. Take the ML.
Michigan (-14) @ Michigan State
The Wolverines have dominated the past few meetings with the Spartans and this one will be no different. Bryce Underwood and Co. should have no issues moving the ball on the 119th-ranked defense. Take Michigan in a blowout.
Arizona St vs Houston OVER 46.5
Sam Leavitt had a massive win over the previous top 10 Texas Tech last week. They will be riding high at home again vs Houston, who average nearly 30 points per game. If this doesn’t scream over, I don’t know what does, so take it.
Season Record: 14-18-1

Atlanta (-7.5) vs Miami
If you have been living under a rock for the last 3 weeks, Miami has been god awful. They can’t stop the run, and it’s clear they are heading towards a messy divorce with Tua and McDaniel. Bijan will run for 150+, and they should win handily. Take Atlanta.
Chicago (+7) @ Baltimore
I know, I know, Lamar is back, but even when he was playing, this team was getting beaten. Defensively, they are not great. The Bears are riding four straight wins, and I expect them to keep this one within a touchdown. Give me Chicago getting a touchdown.
Indianapolis (-14.5) vs Tennessee
The Titans really haven’t kept it close all year except for the miracle win in the desert. Jonathan Taylor has been a beast this season, and he tends to put up big numbers against the Titans. The Colts should win handily.
Dallas (+3.5) @ Denver
The Broncos were lucky to escape last week with a win over the Giants, who blew a big lead. Dallas isn’t the Giants, and they can’t get down three scores. Dallas keeps this one close and, with a better kicker, could win this outright. Take the points, though.
Season Record: 19-10
