DolphinsTalk Gambling Corner: Week 12

Another break-even week here at the ‘Gambling Corner’.  College football games this week seem like warm-up games for some of the powerhouse schools, but there are some intriguing matchups.  In the NFL, there are some BIG games that can shape the landscape of the playoff picture.  Before making any wagers, make sure you head over to  MyBookie.com and use the promo code ‘Dolphins’ to activate their ‘Bet Back Bonus Token’, up to $500!  Let’s get into this week’s games:

Oklahoma vs Missouri OVER 42.5

The Sooners are coming off a big win at Alabama last week.  They are facing a struggling Mizzou team, which most likely will get its starting QB back after a two-game absence.  It won’t matter, Sooners should win this one and the total should go over.

Miami (FL) (-18.5) @ Virginia Tech

The Canes are on the cusp of getting into the CFP, but they need to continue to string together dominant victories.  They should be able to do it versus Tech, who have one of the worst offenses in the nation.  Bain and the boys should eat plenty in this one.  Canes by a mile.

USC (+10.5) @ Oregon

The best game of the day with serious CFP implications.  Jayden Maivia vs Dante Moore should be a fun one, but its the defense on both sides that will be the story.  I like this one close, take USC getting 10+

UCF (-13.5) vs Oklahoma State

The Cowboys are a BAD football team.  UCF isn’t anything to write home about, but they have a competent enough on both sides of the ball to win this by two touchdowns at home.  Take the Knights.

Season Record: 21-27-1

Detroit (-10.5) vs  New York Giants

The Lions are one pissed off bunch after that showing last week in Philly.  The Giants are a mess.  Dan Campbell shows no mercy, Lions by a billion.

Baltimore (-13.5) vs New York Jets

Ravens are in hunting mode as they chase down the Steelers.  This has the makings of one of the Lamar Jackson games where he gets 4 total TDs.  Tyrod Taylor is also starting for the Jets on the road.  Ravens should take this by two touchdowns.

Kansas City (-3.5) vs Indianapolis

The Chiefs’ season is on the brink (it really is).  They need to essentially win out to have a chance as they lose the tie breaks to the Bills and Jags.  Did you watch Daniel Jones in Pittsburgh?  If not, peep the highlights.  I think he gets a rude awakening in KC.  Take the Chiefs.

Cincinnati (+7) vs New England

Joe Burrow is likely the starting QB this week.  That should fire up the Bengals, who have been on the brink of winning games but blowing them late.  I think the Bengals keep this close against a hot Patriots team.  Take the Bengals getting 7.

Season Record: 24-21
