NFL Investigation into Tyreek Hill Moving Forward
Vaccaro is asking that the deposition that Hill gave in their divorce settlement be submitted to the league.
TMZ reported back in September that Tyreek Hill’s ex-wife, Keeta Vaccaro, claimed more than eight instances of domestic violence in her 17-month marriage to Tyreek Hill per new court documents.
Vaccaro is saying in a new court filing in her divorce case that Hill began to get violent with her in January 2024, two months after they got married.
Per the TMZ Article, Vaccaro says the two were at their guest house in Southwest Ranches, Fla. when Hill went off on her during a conversation about a postnuptial agreement. She says he shoved her to the floor, stood over her, and then ripped off her necklace, causing a cut and a bruise.
Tyreek Hill is under contract to the Miami Dolphins in 2026 with a $51.8 million salary cap hit, but no guaranteed money. Odds are he will be released in the offseason to open up salary cap space.
Miami could restructure Hill’s deal, but it would be at a dramatic pay cut, knowing that Hill may not be ready for the start of the 2026 season, and he may never be the same player again, coming off major knee reconstruction.
If Hill is suspended for a lengthy period, I would expect Miami to release Him and not consider bringing him back.
