Dolphins Request Permission to Interview Bills OC Joe Brady
Hal Habib of the Palm Beach Post reports the Dolphins have requested to interview Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Joe Brady for their vacant head coaching position.
Brady was born and raised in Pembrook Pines, FL, and is someone who knows the area and has spoken about being a Dolphins fan growing up.
He has been with the Buffalo Bills since 2022, and was promoted to offensive coordinator mid-way through the 2023 season.
Brady was also the offensive coordinator for the Carolina Panthers from 2020 to 2021.
Before that, he worked for LSU and was their passing game coordinator the year they won the National Championship with Joe Burrow.
Dolphins add 11th name to HC possibilities: Bills OC Joe Brady, a league source says.

Brady has been floated as a potential future head coach in the NFL. I don’t believe he has had any other interviews lined up at this time.
Personally, I would not want him in Miami to be their next head coach.
He is only 36 years old, and I am not sure what his offense would look like without Josh Allen and how successful that would be.
I get big-time Adam Gase vibes here.
If you remove Gase from Peyton Manning, you see all the warts of Adam Gase and his coaching style.
Brady joins a long list of candidates Miami has reached out to requesting permission to interview.
The list is…
Patrick Graham
Klint Kubiak
Chis Shula
Jeff Hafley
Kelvin Shepard
Anthony Campanile
Jesse Minter
Robert Saleh
As well as unemployed coaches Kevin Stefanski and John Harbaugh.
