The ‘Flick’ to the neck of the Marina Owner really wasn’t that bad. I mean he shouldn’t have done it, but I’ve seen and been involved in dust ups like that several times in my life, with no one even much noticing or caring.
However, his efforts to keep it going, because HE felt wronged, I can only guess was coming very close to pushing it over the edge.
It’s just a good thing that he had friends that prevented an escalation instead of making it worse! If he had contacted him again, I would be all for some type of stiffer punishment!
