Uh … correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the definition of a primary target the fact that it’s the target you go to primarily? Most teams have one. The Dolphins have two, and both of them are in the top 10 in the entire league.

I guess he’s implying that Tua doesn’t have any other targets. This would be interesting, except for the fact that Hill and Waddle have 40 receptions and the rest of the team have 32 receptions. So I guess there are a few others catching passes. I’m guessing that since none of them are in the top 10 league-wide, they don’t count in Stephen A’s eyes. Because having two in the top 10 league-wide isn’t enough for some reason.
